Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas We deliver across mainland UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other remote areas may incur additional charges and longer lead times — please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard items (chemicals, hoses, accessories): 2–4 working days
• Large/heavy equipment (pressure washers, industrial vacuums): 3–7 working days, delivered by specialist pallet or courier service

Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Large & Heavy Items Pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and other large equipment are delivered by a specialist courier. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery, as re-delivery charges may apply.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Info@cleanwaresupply.co.uk.

Click & Collect Orders can be collected from our workshop at 162 Rudston Road, Liverpool, Mersyside, L16 4PJ. Please wait for a confirmation email before collecting.
