Refund policy
At The Cleanware Supply Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before buying.
Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery.
Returning Items
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
- Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, chemicals and cleaning fluids cannot be returned once opened.
- Electrical goods (pressure washers, vacuums, etc.) must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. If an item has been used and develops a fault, please refer to our Warranty & Repairs section below.
Return Shipping Costs
- Due to the size and weight of our equipment, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured courier service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
- For large or heavy items (e.g. pressure washers, industrial vacuums), we can arrange a collection service — please contact us to discuss costs.
Faulty or Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. For faults arising after 30 days, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Business Customers Please note that the 14-day cancellation right applies to consumer purchases only. Business-to-business sales are subject to separate terms — please contact us to discuss.
